STATEMENT OF FACTS:
1. King County, a home rule charter county and political subdivision of the state of Washington, is the owner of the property, located at 22915 NE Alder Crest Drive, Redmond, Washington, 98053, and illustrated in Exhibit A of Attachment A to this ordinance.
2. Redmond North Little League ("RNLL") is a nonprofit Washington corporation that is tax-exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and is a community-based, open-membership public club organized to provide public youth baseball programs for children between five and thirteen years old.

5. Under Phase 2 of this project, RNLL will construct a multipurpose synthetic field for baseball and soccer and receive an additional $500,000 in CPG funds for this phase, contingent upon RNLL's ability to secure an additional $700,000 by September 1, 2013.
