      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  The collective bargaining agreement negotiated by and between King County and International Union of Operating Engineers, Local 302 (Equipment Operators) representing employees in the departments of natural resources and parks, and transportation attached hereto is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.
      SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of said agreement shall be effective from September 1, 2010, through and including December 31, 2014.
