      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  The collective bargaining agreement and memorandum of agreement negotiated by and between King County and International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 77 representing employees in the departments of transportation (road services), King County information technology, natural resources and parks, and public health; and attached hereto are hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.
      SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of said agreements shall be effective from January 1, 2011, through and including December 31, 2014.
