Title
AN ORDINANCE authorizing the county executive to execute an interlocal agreement between the Port of Seattle and King County for emergency medical services.
Body
STATEMENT OF FACTS:
1.  King County and the Port of Seattle desire to continue a partnership that allows emergency medical services to provide advance life support paramedic services to the Port of Seattle at the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.
2.  King County emergency medical services division has the expertise and statutory responsibility for the delivery of emergency medical services throughout the county, including at the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.
3.  Participation in the agreement is to the benefit of the Port of Seattle services to the traveling public at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY
      SECTION 1.  The county executive is hereby authorized to execute, substantially
in the form of Attachment A to this ordinance, an interlocal agreement between Port of Seattle and King County for advanced life support emergency medical services.
