Title
A RESOLUTION adopting the 2012 work plan for the King County Board of Health.
Body
WHEREAS, Washington state law vests in the King County Board of Health supervision over all matters pertaining to the preservation of the life and health of the people of King County, including, but not limited to, the enactment of rules and regulations to preserve, promote and improve the public health; the prevention and control of contagious diseases; and the establishment of fees for health-related licenses and permits, and
WHEREAS, in 2012, the King County Board of Health will hold regular meetings on the third Thursday of the month;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Health of King County:
The 2012 King County Board of Health Work Plan, Attachment A to this resolution, is hereby adopted.
